What if I order a part list that is currently 95% successfully matched? Should I just wait for it until it turns to 100%?

I would suggest you order as soon as you can if the match rate is over 95% because the inventory of each item changes every few minutes, which means if you wait for A item may be B item turns out of stock when A is ready.

 

I missed some pieces I meant to order. Is there any way to combine it with my existing order before it ships?

 Part orders are customized. Once the order has been generated, it will be entered into the picking process. And it will require much extra manpower and communications if we are required to add extra pieces to the order. So we don't take any requirements about adding extra pieces into the processing order.

 

What to do if my order is missing pieces?

We accept one replacement request per order without a time limit. Check the detailed policy of our missing or broken parts.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit card payments.

 

What's the policy for VAT?

European VAT is already included in our price.

 

What if I don't receive my package after a long time and the shipping status has not been updated for a long time?

We will arrange a reshipment if you don't receive your package after 45 days(starting from the day the tracking information gets online).

 

What kind of package do you offer?

We packed the bricks in Zipper Plastic Bags. For each order of more than 2kg, we will split it into smaller bags and put it into a carton which would decrease scratches.
